According to Inc.com 75% of people say their boss is the most stressful part of their job. If that’s not enough another 58% of employees trust complete strangers more than their own boss. This proves there are a lot of bad bosses out there (as well as kooky coworkers). The solution?
Playing a card game of course.
Bad Boss is a 2-8 player card game that pokes fun at the less than pleasant employers we’ve all experienced. The game works by players pulling random cards from the person on their left and adding them to their hand. Matched cards are discarded until one unlucky soul is left holding the Bad Boss card.

Gentle ribbing like this can be ideal for team-building or blowing off steam after an intense workday. If nothing else it might teach certain coworkers some sorely needed self-awareness.
