OXS is a new brand launching a gamer-oriented soundbar designed to bring a theater-quality experience straight to the desktop.
Dubbed “Thunder” the soundbar from OXS features a stunning 7.1.2 channel Dolby Atmos sound system, which outputs in 9 directions.
Deep resonating bass is something most gamers rarely experience, but the OXS Thunder utilizes a subwoofer with 4 passive radiators that amplify every impact and explosion.
There are also two up-firing channels that aim the sound overhead. This then bounces off the ceiling and adds to the 360-degree immersion.

No gaming rig is complete without a little ambient lighting and the OXS Thunder doesn’t disappoint. A built-in reactive lighting system responds to the audio output, adding a punctuation to every blast and gunshot.
What really makes the soundbar stand out is the separate neck speaker that works in conjunction with the main unit. The system is designed to attach to the headrest of a gaming chair and sit behind the player’s neck.
Two 5.8G ultra low latency speakers output sound from either side of the head, creating an envelope of true surround sound. Imagine hearing enemies sneaking up behind you, or the roar of an F1 car passing 🏎.
OXS has already smashed their original funding goal with over three weeks left in their Kickstarter campaign.
Backers can still claim the super early bird package, which includes the OXS Thunder soundbar and the audio toggle controller for $299.
